Bark beetles (Coleoptera: Curculionidae, Scolytinae) and their quarantine phytosanitary importance for exporting and importing forest products

Abstract

The present article provides a brief analysis of phytosanitary importance of different bark beetle species of the genus Ips, related with regulated products. It lists beetle species of this taxonomic group of quarantine and special phytosanitary importance, which can be found in the exported and imported forest products.
