Методы выявления и идентификации этого патогена в Российской Федерации были разработаны сотрудниками ФГБУ «ВНИИКР» в 2015–2018 гг.</p><p>В статье приводятся результаты испытаний и валидации нескольких пар видоспецифичных праймеров, используемых в мировой практике для диагностики PLMVd методом полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР), а также результаты экспериментов с праймерами, разработанными авторами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Peach latent mosaic viroid (PLMVd) is a quarantine pest included in the Common List of Quarantine Objects of the Eurasian Economic Union, the list of quarantine pests absent in the Eurasian Economic Union.</p><p>PLMVd affects stone fruit crops, causing significant yield losses.
