Возбудитель бактериальной пятнистости включен в список вредных организмов, имеющих карантинное значение для Китая, Израиля, Египта и Мексики. На базе лаборатории бактериологии Испытательного лабораторного центра ФГБУ «ВНИИКР» были проведены исследования образцов рапса, которые получены из мест выращивания экспортных семян, предназначенных только для переработки. Мониторинг распространения вредного организма на территории РФ проводился в некоторых регионах Дальневосточного и Сибирского федеральных округов. Диагностику образцов вегетативных частей рапса осуществляли методами как классическими микробиологическими, так и молекулярно-генетическими.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents general information about the origin, taxonomy, biology, geographical distribution and the main diagnostic methods of bacterial leaf spot of cabbage Pseudomonas syringae pv. maculicola (McCulloch) Young et al. Bacterial leaf spot of cabbage is included in the list of pests of quarantine importance for China, Israel, Egypt and Mexico. The bacteriology laboratory of the Testing Laboratory Center of FGBU “VNIIKR” analyzed rape samples, obtained from the places where export seeds intended only for processing are cultivated. Pest spread on the territory of Russia was monitored in some regions of the Far Eastern and Siberian Federal Districts.
