Однако до настоящего времени официально подтвержденных данных о выявлении возбудителя на рябине в Российской Федерации не было. В данной работе проведено обследование насаждений Sorbus aucuparia L. и культурных сортов рябины в 7 регионах европейской части России. Сборные образцы и пробы различных частей растений проанализированы с помощью 4 тестов на основе полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР), методом секвенирования, а также культурально-морфологическим методом. Достоверно выявлена ДНК возбудителя в г. Москве и Московской области. Изучена динамика развития патогена в различных частях растений рябины в течение вегетационного сезона. Не подтверждены сообщения об основной роли Erwinia amylovora в развитии некротических поражений растений рябины в Московской области.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The species of the genus Sorbus sensu lato (mountain-ash) are well-known and quite widespread host plants of fire blight Erwinia amylovora (Burrill) Winslow et al. Nevertheless, there have been no officially proven data about the pest detection on the mountain-ash in the Russian Federation. This work presents the survey results of Sorbus aucuparia L. and cultivated varieties of mountain-ash plantations in 7 regions of the European part of Russia. The combined samples and the subsamples of separate parts of plants have been analyzed by 4 PCR-based tests, the sequencing method, as well as the plating method. The DNA of Erwinia amylovora has been reliably detected in Moscow and the Moscow region. The dynamics of pathogen development in various parts of mountain-ash plants during the growing season has been studied.
